How can we be a follower of Jesus, and believe in and live out the message of God in a society that is apathetic and sometimes hostile? That was Daniel's challenge and is increasingly the challenge for followers of Jesus today

The story of Daniel in the lion’s den conjures up childhood memories for some of us. How could that happen? And then there is the account of Daniel and his three friends who survived being thrown into a furnace. Daniel is not only a visionary and someone of considerable accomplishments but above all someone who knew God.

His strength and steadfast resolve were due to his adherence to God. From the beginning of September on Sunday mornings and in our home groups we will be discovering together a bit more of this man's faith and determination to follow God.
