Azure AD Joined devices are just as capable of accessing on-premise resources like file-shares, printers, apps, etc. as Domain Joined or Hybrid Devices.
There is no need to join your computers to your on-premise domain to allow access to on-premise resources. It's not a requirement, and it's not a good idea. Change my mind.
