My guest this week is Jane Thurnell-Read. Jane is in her seventies and loves going to the gym and lifting weights. She regularly posts gym videos on Instagram to encourage other older people. It wasn’t always like this. As a child she hated exercise and couldn’t even touch her toes. In her twenties her diet was half a bottle of scotch, 40 cigarettes, chocolate, toast and orange juice. Now she’s a passionate vegan and committed to staying healthy and strong as she gets older. She is an author, blogger, and speaker on the subject of health and happiness regardless of your age.
