PM Gati Shakti Yojana launched today to bring boost to Infrastructure & Connectivity

Gati Shakti Master Plan was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This plan will give a boost to road and infrastructure development. It aims to improve modal connectivity and infra for Industrial sector. He also spoke against the mindset of people against government work and employees being slow and inefficient. Rs 100 lakh Crore has been assigned to this project to provide multi-modal connectivity to more than 1,200 industrial clusters and 2 defense corridors. Under Gati Shakti, a digital platform has been created which will bring ministries like rail and roadways to work together. This plan will bring 'work for progress' into action and is assigned to bring India to a global level within the next 25 years. Watch PM Modi's speech to know more.
