Life with M.E and some of the necessities of my day

I've been too ill to finish off this video, which is why it has no intro and no proper ending, so sorry for the abrupt cut off. It was meant to be put on YouTube for Severe M.E Awareness Day on August 8th 2021 but, because of catching covid in July, I wasn't well enough. Here I've just put all the recorded bits together and made some sort of awareness video out of it.

Some people think I am bedridden by choice, so this is a brief insight into some of the necessary items I have around my bed to help me deal with some of my M.E symptoms.

For those with sensitivities, this video is of me talking. There's a little movement, but the camera is static.
